Our process, method, thorough pre-analysis and reference checks are what Laigaard is known for. We are chosen as a partner by clients and candidates who value a collaboration based on integrity, proximity and uncompromising quality.

Key steps in the processes, as highlighted by our partners:

Pre-analysis: Where possible, we conduct pre-analysis interviews with the client to gain in-depth knowledge of the company, its market, expertise and culture.

Reference checks: Following the initial in-person interviews, we obtain detailed references for candidates we wish to proceed with in the process. With the candidate's consent, we contact 2-3 references who are familiar with the candidate’s personal qualities, attitudes, professional skills, leadership abilities and work style. This information is treated confidentially and reviewed with the candidate.
